(Solved) Cant Delete Schlage BE469

My Schlage BE469NX has been acting up recently and was trying to manually poll it and accidentally hit ‘configure now’ and now obviously vera keeps saying ‘please wait getting manufacture’ im unfortunately not able to bring the lock or vera close to each other to properly configure the lock. So I thought id exclude it from the network and include it again to fix the mesh as well (wasn’t able to properly communicate with the lock before). Ive tried the unpair process but it doesn’t work so I factory reset the lock after trying to delete it from the UI. The issue is that I can’t delete the device, I get the successfully deleted device pop up but after the reload its still there. Ive been experiencing this for about a week and also since then have been having a lot of hanging from my VP running 7.31. Anyway to force a delete?

You might try restoring a backup. Hope that helps.

Did you factory reset the lock correctly? Otherwise every time Vera detects it, it’ll re-appear.

Yeaup, even confirmed the user added pins were deleted and they were

Then Vera shouldn’t be able to connect to it :frowning:

Maybe I’ll try another factory reset or try keeping the device powered off when I delete it

I would try another reset, but no idea how you’d do it. If the Vera key is still in the device it’ll re-create it every time it detects (is my understanding)

Okay was able to successfully exclude it from the network, oddly enough wasn’t working through the webUI but worked just fine through the app (the exclusion process). Included again just fine now im back and running lets hope this solved the issue with my VP from hanging.
