Hi all
I have had a Vera plus for about 18 mths didn’t get on very well as I didn’t have much time for it
So I lent it to a relative who knew a lot more than I, was hoping he could have a fiddle about and give me a better idea of what I can use it for
I now have it back but cannot remember the log on details
When I go to add a.controller the system tells
Me it’s already registered- this I presume was with my relative !!!
What I need to do is to re-start again but need to get the controller on my new account and off my relatives account
Any ideas???

Your relative needs to log into his vera account at Login
and the click advanced and then select remove controller.
Trouble is he also cannot remember his log in either
